FacilityReady is not responsible for damage or injury caused by unauthorized modification, improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, overloading, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product’s intended application, to the extent permitted by law.

Chemicals, Consumables, and Regulated Products

Cleaning chemicals, aerosols, batteries, adhesives, disinfectants, food-contact products, and other regulated or consumable goods must be stored, handled, transported, and used according to their labels and manufacturer instructions.

You are responsible for reviewing available safety information and determining whether a product is appropriate for the intended setting.

Do not mix chemical products unless the manufacturer expressly permits it. Keep regulated products away from children and unauthorized users.

Prices

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments, on different dates, or through different carriers.

FacilityReady is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law. Available rights and remedies for delayed or undelivered orders remain governed by applicable law and our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Do not send a product to the legal business address, the sender address on a shipping label, or any other location unless FacilityReady provides written return authorization and confirms the correct return destination.

Return locations may vary depending on the product and order.

Product Availability

Products may have limited quantities and may become unavailable without notice.

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before payment, verification, or fulfillment is completed.

If a paid product becomes unavailable before shipment, we may cancel the item and issue a refund or contact you about an available alternative. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
