Four large Velcro buckles on the bottom secure the bag firmly to the wheeled platform, and a cross-bar on the bag side adds extra stability. When loaded with cleaning tools, the bag stays upright and resists collapsing or tilting. The 4-level telescopic double-rod handle extends up to 38.2 inches / 97 cm to accommodate different user heights for both pushing and pulling (patented)
