Yes. Our products are selected for many types of commercial environments, including small offices, independent stores, restaurants, schools, warehouses, and larger managed facilities. Available sizes, quantities, and configurations vary by product.

Tracking information is generally provided within 3–5 business days after an order is placed. In some cases, processing may take approximately 7–8 business days. You will receive tracking details by email once they become available.

After tracking information is issued, delivery may require approximately 4–5 additional business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of destination, carrier operations, product availability, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Return authorization is required before sending an item back. Customers are normally responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Any applicable warranty information will be provided on the product page or in the documentation supplied with the item. FacilityReady does not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated.
